To Register Online

  1. Click the "Add to Cart" button, to the left, for the type of membership you desire. This opens a pop-up form.
  2. Fill in your contact information (and for Family Membership, your children's names and ages).
  3. Click "Add to Cart". This closes the pop-up and adds your selected membership to your cart.
  4. Click the cart icon (in the upper right) to go to the cart page.
  5. Enter your payment information and check-out.

To Register by Mail
If you prefer, you may send us a check via mail. Please include contact information for each adult: name, email address, and telephone (cell preferred), and the name of each youth player.

Adult Membership
$75.00

ATC offers memberships for individual adults and for families. You may register for either online or by mail. You should also acknowledge receipt of certain sections of the Massachusetts Anti-Hazing law by clicking the "Read and Acknowledge" button, in the "Anti-Hazing Law" section below.

Anti-Hazing Acknowledgement
Massachusetts law requires sports groups like ours to distribute sections of the state Anti-Hazing law to our members. After you register, please click the “Read and Acknowledge” button to go to the page with the required sections and a place to acknowledge your receipt of them.
